For first-time POS shoppers

How huat·POS works,
in five pictures.

Some POS websites assume you already know what a POS does. We don't. Here's the whole loop — from the moment a customer sits down to the moment you check your sales the next morning. Five pictures. Plain words. No jargon.

Step 1

Customer orders.

Customer sits down, scans the QR sticker on the table with their phone. The menu opens. They tap what they want. Or — the staff takes the order on an iPad at the counter. Either way, the order goes straight into huat·POS.

Step 2

Cashier sees it.

The order shows up on the cashier's iPad right away. They can add a drink, fix a mistake, split the bill into two, or apply a discount. Big buttons, tap-tap-tap. No keyboard needed.

Step 3

Kitchen prints it.

The moment the order is fired, the thermal printer in the kitchen tears out a clean ticket — table number, items, notes. The chef cooks. No more shouting orders or losing scraps of paper.

Step 4

Customer pays.

Customer scans the PayNow QR with their bank app, or taps a card. The cash drawer opens for cash. huat·POS records it all — no manual reconciliation, no calculator at end of night.

Step 5

Boss sees the numbers.

Next morning, the boss gets an email: how much sold, top items, GST collected, payment methods. Open it on the phone with kopi in the other hand. No spreadsheet, no calculator, no asking the cashier.

That's it. Five steps. Same loop, every day.
